It's that time of year again! Time for the ANNUAL M.U.S.I.C. MEMBERSHIP MEETING.
The meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 28th and end at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 29th. There is no cost to attend the meeting other than the cost of transportation and your room.
Enclosed is a reservation form for the Lodge of Four Seasons. The hotel reservation form should be sent directly to the Lodge or you can also do your reservations online. To receive the group rate when reserving online, please visit the Four Seasons website and enter Attendee Code: 2529. Whichever way you choose please be sure to do it as soon as possible to guarantee your accommodations.
A deposit of one night's lodging or a credit card is required to guarantee. Individual deposits are refunded only when cancellation or change notice reaches The Lodge seven days prior to arrival date. Your deposit will be forfeited if you arrive later or depart earlier than the indicated date.
Since registration went so smoothly last year, we are also asking that you contact Shannon Campbell at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. to advise us who will be attending from your district/college. Once you have completed the form below and submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail that MUSIC has received it.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Gallagher Bassett Services, and others that work closely with the MUSIC program are planning not only an informative agenda, but some fun as well. We hope to touch on topics that you deal with everyday. The complete agenda will be sent to you the first week of January so mark your calendars today!
