Gallagher Bassett is excited to announce the release of the GBGO Claimant App. GBGO will enable your claimants to access key Workers Compensation Lost Time claim information on the go using their smart phones.
The App will:
- Easily enable claimants to better manage their workers compensation lost time claims.
- Provide claim summary and benefits payment information to lost time claimants anytime, anywhere.
- Enable ‘one click’ contact for claimants to call or email their GB Resolution Manager.

The App is now available for download at the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by searching for the term “GBGO” or “Gallagher Bassett”.
GB plans to inform claimants with open lost time claims and new claims of the new App using the claim Acknowledgement Letter and the Benefits Payment check stub message. Both the updated Acknowledgement letter and Benefits Payment check stub message will be sent out to claimants beginning on March 15.
